Delivery formats
How we deliver turbine training
Live studio cohorts, virtual turbine bays and corporate powertrain packages — flexible formats for Canadian professionals and teams.
Live studio cohorts
Our primary delivery format brings learners to the 109 Street turbine floor in Edmonton's ICE District. Cohorts of up to fourteen participants rotate through powertrain stations with facilitator guidance, peer review and hands-on laptop practice. Sessions run weekday evenings and select Saturdays to accommodate working professionals. Each cohort follows a fixed twelve-week calendar with four milestone checkpoints aligned to our intake, torque, transfer and output stations.
Studio cohorts include printed workflow templates, access to our turbine resource library and post-session office hours for clarification questions. Learners bring their own laptops; we provide Wi-Fi, power and a focused training environment away from workplace distractions. This format suits those who learn best through in-person collaboration and immediate facilitator feedback.
Virtual turbine bays
Remote learners across Canada join live sessions via secure video conferencing with the same checkpoint structure as studio cohorts. Virtual turbine bays include breakout rooms for pair exercises, screen-share demonstrations and digital handouts delivered before each session. Synchronous attendance is required for live cohorts — we do not position silent video replay as equivalent to facilitated instruction.
For self-paced learners, we offer modular access to recorded orientation content plus optional live checkpoint calls booked individually. Self-paced tracks lack the peer cohort dynamic but provide flexibility for irregular schedules. All virtual participants must complete PIPEDA consent and acknowledge our vocational training scope before enrolment.
Corporate turbine training
Organisations seeking team-wide AI productivity skills can book private corporate turbine packages tailored to departmental workflows. We conduct needs intake with your team lead, adapt station exercises to your tools and policies and deliver on-site at your Edmonton-area office or at our studio. Corporate packages include aggregate participation reporting for HR records — individual learner performance details remain confidential unless you request otherwise.
Typical corporate engagements span two to five days of intensive instruction or a distributed twelve-week cohort model. We cover ethical AI use, disclosure practices and quality review protocols appropriate for client-facing teams. Contact us with your team size and objectives for a scoped proposal. Corporate training is educational vocational instruction, not IT implementation or software licensing.
Corporate clients receive a dedicated account contact, pre-training needs assessment and post-training summary suitable for internal learning-and-development records. We can align station exercises with your existing software stack where ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude are approved for use. Travel to Edmonton-area offices is included within the metro; out-of-region engagements may incur travel costs quoted in advance.
What is included in every format
Regardless of delivery mode, all learners receive access to our turbine resource library for the duration of their programme, facilitator feedback at scheduled checkpoints, and participation certificates upon satisfactory completion. Materials are provided in digital format; printed workbooks are available for studio cohorts on request. Technical support is limited to connectivity and platform access — we do not provide IT helpdesk services for personal devices or employer networks.
